Putting a deck into a historic downtown building!

"When you live in the heart of downtown outdoor living space is rare. So my creative mind needed to think out of the box and invision a beautiful space that would fit with the character of my 1850 building.

With my vision and expertise of my Amazing contractor Nick Gabbard we created a beautiful outdoor living space. He put up with my quirks about details among other things.

Being in the historic district we needed to go through the planning Comission process for approval.

My views are spectacular and evening is magical.

Nick does an Amazing job and would highly recommend him. And BTW he is a Lebanon grad and of course a former student!
